Catch-22 Joining Forces

Joining Forces is an employability programme designed specifically to empower the spouses and partners of Armed Forces personnel with the skills required to achieve employment success.

The programme is based on one-to-one career coach support, wrap-around and group industry insight sessions.

Here's what you can expect:

• Six months of personalised, one-to-one coaching from a professional Career Coach
• Pre-employability skills training
• Comprehensive support for CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies
• Assistance in finding virtual work experience and relevant technical training
• Six additional months of in-work support upon securing a role
• Access to a discretionary fund for travel expenses and essential equipment.

• Developing strong interview skills and techniques
• Leveraging social media for opportunities
• Building digital resilience through AI upskilling.
