The Institute of Leadership

The Institute of Leadership is the UK’s professional body for leadership. We exist to inspire great leadership, everywhere. Through membership, bespoke learning pathways, and consultancy, we give organisations and individuals the tools, recognition, and community they need to thrive. We believe leadership is not defined by position but by action. That means every person at every level has the potential to lead. Our role is to unlock that potential, raise standards, and create leaders who are capable, confident and values driven.
