Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
City College Norwich are proud to commit to the Armed Forces Covenant. We actively seek to employ veterans and support the employment of service spouses and partners. We offer flexibility in granting leave for service spouses and partners before, during, and after a partner’s deployment. We also support employees who are members of the Reserve forces or who support Cadet organisations. We recognise the value that serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans, and military families contribute to our college and our community. We actively encourage support for the Armed Forces community across the college, both internally and externally, and we have an internal network of champions who act as an advocate and liaison for our Armed Forces community.
