EDF

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

As a committed signatory of The Armed Forces Covenant, we proudly uphold our 2016 pledge by actively engaging with Forces Families Jobs and the broader community.

The Covenant’s purpose is to ensure that EDF pledges to treat fairly all employees who have either served in the UK Armed Forces or Reservists, have partners serving in the Armed Forces, or volunteer to support the Cadet Force.

Our EDF Forces Support Network fosters a supportive community of individuals with military backgrounds and welcomes all supporters of the Armed Forces, not just former military personnel. We deeply value the unique skills and experiences that military service brings to our company and are honoured to be an employer of choice for Service leavers and their families.

About us

We’re a forward-thinking energy company, driven by the goal of helping Britain achieve Net Zero. Our transition to a cleaner, low-emission, electric future will ensure a sustainable energy legacy for us and generations to come.

When it comes to opportunities to contribute to our mission, things get even more interesting. We believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. What it comes down to is individuality. Your ideas of success will differ significantly from anyone else’s. And that’s perfect. In fact, it’s exactly what we’re looking for.

Because at EDF UK, Success is Personal.

Whether you’re interested in deepening specialist knowledge, exploring totally new areas or reaching the highest levels, we offer a variety of complex and challenging opportunities available all over the UK from Nuclear, Engineering, Finance to Apprenticeships, Graduates programmes and Industrial placements.
