We value the vital role that Service personnel, reservists, veterans, cadet forces and military families play in our organisation, our communities and the nation. In line with the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to supporting the employment of Service spouses, partners, dependants and families. We understand the unique challenges faced by military families and strive to offer flexibility and understanding, including provisions for short-notice leave when loved ones are deployed.
