Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Ramboll UK signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2016 and renewed our signature in 2024. We gained an ERS Gold award in 2025 having demonstrated, and promoted, being Armed Forces-friendly and open to employing reservists, Armed Forces veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.
We have established links with the Royal Engineers and take part in the Army Exercise Martello Stretch Event every year. Internally, we have a strong and growing veteran’s network and we attend MOD Career Transition Partnership events.
