Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Rydal Penrhos is proud to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, particularly in our support for forces family members who join our staff. As an employer, we ensure that forces family members receive the necessary assistance and accommodations to seamlessly integrate into our workforce. This includes considering flexible working arrangements to accommodate military deployments or postings, offering additional support for relocation, and facilitating access to professional development opportunities. Rydal Penrhos employs a dedicated point of contact for forces families among its staff, who has firsthand forces family experience to assist new members of our community. We recognize the unique challenges faced by forces families and strive to create a supportive and understanding work environment where their contributions are valued, and their well-being is prioritised. By actively engaging with and advocating for the needs of our staff from military backgrounds, we uphold our pledge to honour the sacrifices and service of the Armed Forces community.
