Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We, Vp plc, recognise the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our business and to our country. We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, by:

• Promoting that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
• Offering guaranteed interviews to veterans and military families, young and old, if they meet the selection criteria in the job advert. We will recognise their skills and qualifications when interviewing for these positions.
• Supporting our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces by offering 5 days paid leave for annual Reserve Forces training.
• Aiming to actively support Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and Remembrance activities.

Operating across different markets and geographies, with market leading positions in niche sectors we are involved in many of the critical projects which allow economies to grow, in the UK and overseas.
