Our people are empathetic and compassionate, and understand the importance of the role that they play in the context of the broader organisation.  You'll need to be professional, flexible, at ease with change and able to travel to support other community teams when needed.  Happy working both within and leading a team, you'll also be comfortable with autonomy.

You'll be the leader for your teams, so you'll be comfortable with all aspects of team management.  With an inquisitive mind, you'll be able to take a broad view of how we do things to seek out opportunities for us to work smarter.  Ideally you'll be experienced in landing process changes efficiently and effectively with your team.

You'll ideally be educated to A level standard or NVQ/RSA Level 3, however being able to demonstrate strong experience in a similar role is just as important.

As an experienced MS Office user - you'll know your way round Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, as well as possessing general IT skills.

You'll be comfortable interpreting performance reporting and using these to be clear on the level of service we're providing to our patients.  You'll also be comfortable using information to support driving change.
