Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term part-time post to cover maternity leave. The post will be based in the Children's Public Health offices in Llangennech.

The post holder will provide an accurate, confidential and supportive administration service to the department. The post holder will provide professional and effective secretarial and administration service to  the Children’s Public Health Senior Management Team.

The post holder will provide a full range of administrative and secretarial services including being the first point of contact for telephone calls, support with the preparation of agendas and minutes, and any appropriate follow-up action as required, maintaining effective filing
systems, ordering of supplies and management of annual leave/sickness records.
The work is varied and changeable which reflects the nature of the wide portfolio held by the
Children’s Public Health Team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for the post.  Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
