Job Description

Role: Administrator 

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,000

Location: Abingdon 

As an Administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to meet strict deadlines 
  • Supporting the MITER contract by supporting engineer and customer concerns 
  • Receive and process paperwork ensuring all actions are completed 
  • Support the Service Centre and Service Managers with all queries 
  • Collate and distribute reports as required 
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings
  • Manage the departmental databases and customer portals  

As an Administrator you will demonstrate;

  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages 
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

 As an Administrator you will command;

  • A base salary up to £23,000pa
