Administrator

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team, based at our Parklands office in Rubery.

As an Administrator, you are at the heart of our RMBI operation, and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

You will act as a key support role for the Managers across our business, supporting them with various administrative tasks.

More about the role:

The successful Administrator will undertake the following duties:

  • Assisting with stock ordering using our Procurement system
  • Entering and amending data in our Time and Attendance system
  • Using Nexus and using Excel to create reports to enter into this
  • Answering email queries and telephone queries
  • Producing reports
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
Who you are:

Our ideal Administrator will:

  • Have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly. You'll be a central admin support for many of our managers who will look to you for support with these at times.
  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Be passionate and have exceptional customer service
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
