Here at Serco we're looking for an Administrator Supervisor to join us at Bart's NHS Trust, Mile End Hospital, London. As the Administrator Supervisor, you will drive and motivate a team that exceeds customer expectations and delivers a professional and customer focused service.
You will supervise and co-ordinate day to day operational tasks of the team, managing working procedures to optimise individual/team allocation and performance and ensure the Trust uniforms team is fully conversant and compliant with all processes which support the delivery of Trust uniforms services as detailed in the Service Level Specification.
As the Administrator Supervisor, you will effectively supervise resources, reporting systems and processes ensuring documentation and procedures are kept up to date and demonstrate leadership and team building skills through employee communication and hold regular meetings to gain employee commitment and build the efficiency of the department.
What you'll need to do the role
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience working with high volume Trust staff requests, have a strong understanding of working in a contract operating environment with SLAs and KPIs and experience with supervising a team, monitoring work standards and team working essential.
