Inspire Futures are supporting one of our clients with the search for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer, veteran, service leaver, reservist or military spouse looking to join a well-established business delivering high-quality air conditioning installations across residential and commercial sites.
This is a mobile role covering the South Coast and London, with operations based in the New Forest. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, plan installations and deliver excellent customer service while working independently.
A company van, mobile phone and tablet/laptop will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Install split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

Plan and manage your own daily workload and travel schedule.

Order and organise materials and equipment required for installations.

Carry out installations in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Complete site surveys and identify any installation requirements before work begins.

Test, commission and hand over completed systems to customers.

Complete all required certification and job documentation.

Build positive working relationships with customers, site managers and the office team.

Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment to a high standard.

Work in accordance with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety legislation.

Identify additional works where appropriate and report these back to the office.
About You
We are looking for candidates with:

Proven experience installing air conditioning systems.
-
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).

F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential).

Full UK Driving Licence.

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
