Job Title: Applications Service Improvement Analyst

Base Location: Solihull with UK Travel

Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum plus attractive benefits

As the ERP Service Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for driving service improvement into the ERP services, with a focus on achieving maximum benefit from Application Supplier services to Internal Customers. You will also ensure that continuous Service Improvement plans are being delivered to time, cost and quality and the Service Improvement is recognised by key business stakeholders.

What you'll need to do the role

  • Experience in working in a quality framework/ to service standards and ability to relate them to practice
  • Good understanding of ERP Services
  • Good all round abilities in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Strong interpersonal presentation, promotion and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Knowledge and proven experience in Service Improvement services
