The difference our new Apprentice Technical Trainer will make

As an Apprentice Technical Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is an amazing opportunity to pass on your skills and knowledge, working on a leading manufacturer programme in one of the leading automotive and development centres, for the Volkswagen Group.

Day to day, you'll play a key role in delivering a range of technical courses via a three-year training programme. You will help support and maintain the apprentice programme for learners aged 16 and above, while at the same time delivering excellent standards for the Volkswagen Group UK, by delivering all courses in line with the relevant Awarding Organisation requirements which includes registration, assessment, and certification of delegates.

Essential experience

  • Proven experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Level 3 light vehicle service and maintenance or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage

Must have or have the ability to obtain Enhanced DBS security clearance with Children's and Adults' Barred List check
