Apprenticeship and Skills Onboarding Officer

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties

• Liaising with employers and learners to capture onboarding information, understanding eligibility criteria for enrolment.
• Creating learner accounts for pre-apprenticeship assessments.
• Liaising with internal teams to internal delivery teams to arrange and book apprenticeship inductions.
• Working closely with the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team to ensure information, advice and guidance is provided prior to enrolment.

Required skills and qualifications

• Administrative experience or data relevant qualification at level 2.
• Minimum 1 year’s recent relevant experience in an administrative environment.
• Competent IT user with experience of using spreadsheets and databases.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to manage own workload and work towards deadlines.
