Weston College is the regional provider for the Prison Education Framework (PEF) across the South West & South East of England and is now seeking to recruit an outstanding and innovative Assistant Curriculum Manager at HMP Guys Marsh.

Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful management and delivery of the planned curriculum and all contract requirements at HMP Guys Marsh. This will involve the line management of a team of teaching and administrative staff, ensuring the continued development of the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, successfully maintaining a range of partnerships within a custodial setting and the quality delivery of their own designated curriculum area.

Candidates must have relevant experience within prison education and/or successful experience of managing a team of education staff as well as a teaching qualification.
