What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be a member of a specialist product team within Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, striving to provide the highest quality products and services to our clients. You’ll also be collaborating with stakeholders across the bank, as well as external clients and advisors to successfully execute transactions in a fast paced and collegiate atmosphere

You’ll also be:

  • Preparing high quality materials including pitch books and committee papers
  • Undertaking fundamental credit analysis, due diligence and negotiating term sheets and loan documentation
  • Taking ownership of the financial model, including LBO modelling
  • Proactively enhancing customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the bank, as well as external clients and advisors to successfully execute transactions in a fast paced and collegiate atmosphere

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in Leveraged & Acquisition Finance excellent analytical abilities, overlaid, with strong commercial acumen in order to proactively solve complex issues.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in influencing colleagues and stakeholders
  • A practical understanding of and experience applying risk management disciplines
  • Unparalleled attention to detail and the ability to work to tight timescales
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive forward work streams of a transaction
