We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work with Scrum Masters, Architects, BAs, Developers and Service Managers to deliver the value required from our Products in order to reach our objectives.

As an Associate Product Manager at Evri, you will be a key interface between technology and the product team and will work with development teams to ensure that full user stories are clearly understood, and the overarching epic has been fully broken down. Associate product managers will have solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition and of future trends for the products being developed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the agreed product vision that the associate product manager will set with the product team and aligned squads.
  • Work with business stakeholders supported by Product Manager, Enterprise Business Analyst and Senior Product Managers to define scope, prioritise requirements and assess impact.
  • Build product development roadmaps and definition of increments extending product in multiple versions providing predictability, quality and sequencing product iterations to deliver MMPs.
  • Work with engineering squads and closely to the Technical BA to clarify and prioritise requirements, define sprint objectives and provide overall direction
  • Be responsible for reporting product metrics that represent progress against goals and strategic vision.
  • Provide clarity to the department on the prioritisation of enhancements, new products, service and technical debt, so that all staff members can deliver the best value to the business and manage risk appropriately.

Your Experience:

  • 3+ Experience as an Associate product manager or equivalent
  • IT proficient to understand new trends and technologies in the market
  • Financial understanding of budgets, cost and ROI
  • Understanding of managing product metrics and OKR's
  • Excellent understanding of Agile/DevOps software development
  • Creative thinker with a vision and customer centricity
