Cedar Ward is looking for highly motivated member of staff to join our experienced and friendly team at Hillview Lodge, Bath.

Cedar Ward is a 12 bedded dementia assessment ward, providing comprehensive support for patients and their carers during a challenging phase of their illness. We pride ourselves on our person centred approach, multi disciplinary approach and strong team ethic.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse at Band 5. The candidate must be innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic to be a part of a team who is looking to improve the standards of care we are offering to the service users. In turn we can offer the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within an acute admission ward for people with dementia.

The available post is full time (37.5hrs p/w) and will consist of both day and night shifts.

We are part of Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust which is the largest mental health trust in Britain. Within BANES and the wider area .There is excellent opportunity for career progression in all mental health fields within the trust.

Bath is in North East Somerset and is situated along the M4 Corridor. It is a short commute to Bristol, and close to the coastal town of Weston Super mare. Bath is a World Heritage Site, has a vibrant city life, and yet is quite small so there are many countryside pursuits that are also on offer. It has excellent transport links both local and national, with Bristol Airport only a short drive away. It is also a short Journey to some of the country is most popular attractions in the South West.
