The North East Wiltshire Community Mental Health Team are looking for a new full time specialist recovery practitioner. This is an exciting and rewarding post within Avon and Wiltshire MH Partnership NHS Trust, working with adults and older adults with a functional mental illness.

Main duties of the job

 

You will be able to make a positive impact on the outcomes of care for people with mental health needs. This can be a demanding role, but If you enjoy a challenge, are enthusiastic, a good team player and great communicator, then please consider applying.

We are a friendly team of mental health professionals based across 2 sites, Devizes and Chippenham.

You must either hold a professional registration specialising in Mental Health (e.g. MH Nurse, MH Social worker, Occupational therapist), or be educated to degree level to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge and be able to demonstrate substantial experience at Band 5 or above.

You must be able to demonstrate confidence in your clinical risk assessment skills and will need to provide evidence of continual professional development.

The service operates Monday - Friday between 9 - 5.
