Working as part of a team you'll interpret the business needs, by working with project stakeholders you'll translate their needs into business requirements refining the differing messages and needs into a single, consistent vision. You'll support the project and programme managers in the scoping, planning and implementing the various objectives and milestones of the projects. It will be your responsibly to ensure the appropriate governance associated with the transformation projects is applied.
You'll provide business analyst support across the Transformation Programme, using the appropriate tools and techniques and you'll support and deliver the processes associated with business change and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) across the Transformation Programme.
What you'll need to do the role:
If you are an experienced Business Analyst specifically with experience in Transformation, then we want to hear from you! We do ask that you have a strong background in a similar analytical role and that you have experience and ability to use service improvement techniques such as BPR, LEAN and root cause analysis. You should also have experience and ability to use processes, tools and techniques associated with business process re-engineering to identify service improvement and new solutions for service delivery.
Due to the nature of the role you should have the confidence and ability to present complex information in a way that can be understood by a variety of audiences and along with this experience of working within a customer focus area with the ability to understand and anticipate customers' current and future needs and aspirations.
Naturally you'll have excellent analytical and both verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey results to business users, including regular conference calls and presentation of performance to client.
