As a Business and Service Delivery Senior Manager, you will play a senior leadership role within the Chief Resilience & Control Office, supporting the Head of Business and Service Management. Leading a team to develop and deliver the Strategic Service Management capability across CRCO and driving the partnership alongside HR to deliver key Resourcing, Culture and Talent programmes across the organisation to engender and embed a strong Resilience Culture across the Bank.

The difference you'll make.

  • Creating and leading the Service Management capability across CRCO, accountable for defining and tracking the key activities across the team.

  • Ensuring the definition and outlining of KPI's and SLA's, demonstrating the Growth, Performance and Maturity of our key strategic Services over time.

  • Developing, building, and owning the Service Catalogue, identifying, defining, and understanding the key metrics across CRCO.

  • Working alongside the Senior Leadership team and SMEs to compartmentalize the enterprise into highly structured and more efficient operational units.

  • Engaging with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver the People strategy for CRCO in line with the needs and priorities across COO.

What you'll bring.

  • Demonstrable experience of leading a Service Delivery Team, including Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment

  • Demonstrable experience of building a Service Catalogue and defining key metrics to track performance against maturity targets, experience of working on projects with a Target Operating Model (TOM) redesign

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Understands customer landscape and importance of Treating Customers Fairly to business strategy

  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles within service and delivery management.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Operational Resilience Regulatory requirements

  • Proven internal and external senior stakeholder management and influencing skills

This is a permanent position and offer Fully Flexible Location Contract. We offer flexible working between home and one of our Head Office Locations.
