Business Change Delivery Lead (Excellence & Engagement)
Would you like to make a real difference to performance and the way BAE works in regards cultural change? We currently have a vacancy for a Business Change Delivery Lead (Excellence & Engagement) at our site in Preston Channel Way.
As a Business Change Delivery Lead (Excellence & Engagement), you will be asked to work with a variety of people across all levels and BAE systems functions and businesses.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to build expertise in continuous improvement and change management.
Your main responsibilities as a Business Change Delivery Lead (Excellence & Engagement) will involve:
Taking responsibility for delivery of change management including behavioural change and continuous improvement within the Excellence and Engagement improvement strategy
Ensuring Business outcomes and benefits associated with the changes are measured and tracked and consistent benefit realisation standards are applied
Monitoring and reporting improvement strategy, work-stream performance and ensuring appropriate, resources, schedules and milestones are in place for each
Proactively identifying any risks arising from the change activities and ensuring they are properly mitigated and communicated
Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder (internal and external) relationships maintaining regular communications and managing expectations
Leading a forum of Line of Business change agents and ensuring activity is tracked; measured and appropriate escalations are in place
Your skills and qualifications:
Proven experience in the delivery of change management programmes which have involved cultural change and behaviours
Ability to effectively carry out Business Change Management tasks of medium complexity and provide guidance in those areas
Broad understanding of Business Change Management methodologies, toolsets, processes & governance
Knowledge of end-to-end process and continuous improvement
Human Factors experience
University Degree or relevant experience
Working towards Change Management Institute Full Accreditation (CMI) or a change practitioner certification
Previous work experience within a Shared Services Environment
Experience with change models such as KOTTER Change Models or PROSCI Change Model (although will be working with an in-house BAE Change model in the role)
