Are you an experienced Business Development Manager, who is capable of designing and implementing a business growth strategy, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across Defence Digital, Front Line Commands and Defence Equipment & Support? Do you have excellent knowledge of military operations, capability development and how Defence procurement is conducted? Can you develop, maintain and expand excellent customer relationships and organically grow the Fujitsu Defence relationship through value-creating commercial arrangements? We are looking to appoint a talented individual to be one of Fujitsu Defence & National Security Business Development Managers with experience and responsibility for one of more of our key focus areas within Defence Digital, Front Line Commands and Defence Equipment & Support. You will be team player through actions and engagement who has a detailed understanding of Defence at intellectual and capability level, be proficient at engaging across their respective hierarchies and be comfortable shaping which digital and IT capabilities are procured as they continue on their digital transformation journeys. 

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the successful candidate will own the business development and relationship management for the future growth of specific areas of the account. They will have the versatility and credibility to influence at 2-star, whilst ensuring that Fujitsu is seen as the partner of choice by procurement teams and decision makers at 1-star and below. They must have strong leadership and people management skills to lead bid teams and CTO aligned professionals.  They must have a deep understanding of the UK Defence competitor landscape to underpin accurate selection of partners to improve the probability of winning business.  To achieve this, the successful candidate will be required to influence the development of new offerings focused on the highest priority needs of the client.
