Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager will ensure excellent execution of all proactive and reactive sales strategies across RA Venues. To facilitate and support the growth of the business by generating and converting pipeline opportunities to achieve the conference and events sales targets for RA Venues. The role will assist the RA Venues leadership team and support the sales team members in the achievement of Diary Managed & None-Diary Managed Venues C&E budgets and profit.

Will have extensive sales experience within the UK conference and events industry
Will be experienced in achieving KPI's, producing sales plans and targets, and developing
business strategy to achieve growth expectations
Minimum 2 years' experience in a proactive sales role, preferably within a high-profile Conference
& Events venue, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Thorough working knowledge of all key market segments and key clients within each segment
Experience of setting budgets and monitoring performance

Who you are:

Multi-site selling experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a C&E Business Development role with a proven track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
High degree of commercial awareness and to be able to understand links between sales and
