We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the Adult Care Team. As Business Support Assistant you will provide overall administration support for the residential and non-residential financial assessment function and ensure that all applications/referrals are processed and assessed in accordance with the policies of Lincolnshire County Council and DOH regulations.
What you'll need to do the role
To be considered for the role you must have experience of communicating effectively with customers and colleagues at different levels, the ability to process data to deadlines whilst achieving a high level of accuracy and good communications and customer care skills.
To be successful in the role you will need to have strong Keyboard skills, with the ability to learn to use financial systems, Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word and hold a basic understanding of financial procedures.
