Are you ready to share your enthusiasm and show us what you can do?
Do you want to be part of a fast-paced team assisting in the delivery and development of business support and administrative services?

Earlier this year our team was recognised with a prestigious IESE silver winner award for “working together” which we feel acknowledges the passion we have for our industry and each other. We are now looking for a well organised, methodical and highly motivated individual to join our team.

Within the role you will provide administrative and business support to the Strategic Lead of 3C Building Control and Senior Managers. Supporting the smooth day to day running of the service we will look to you to manage diaries and meetings, assist in the scheduling of events and also support with ongoing projects.

This is a varied and busy role and will involve detailed work on Excel spreadsheets, therefore attention to detail is essential. As well as experience in data collection, input, analysis and interpretation; you will have excellent communication skills as well as experience of dealing with a wide range of customers.

With excellent IT skills you will have the ability to undertake research and manage the competing priorities of the Strategic Lead as well as being committed to delivering to high standards.

In return we can offer you a competitive benefits package including family friendly policies, a generous annual leave allowance, and access to the highly valued Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
