You will need
- To bring an understanding of financial processes
- Experience in taking and circulating notes and actions
- Good communication and IT skills, with an ability to contribute to a team approach
- Have the ability to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve a range of issues
- To show accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to achieve deadlines and team objectives

The team
The Leaving care team is part of the Corporate Parenting Service who support care leavers from 18 to 21 or 25 should they wish to remain open to the service. The aim of the service is to help Care leavers to develop their independence and make a successful transition into adulthood. Our team has a culture of being supportive, inclusive and of self-assessment to improve practice and outcomes to our customers.
