Business Support Officer - Parking Services

Starting salary from £17,750 pro rata
Serco works in a strategic partnership with Peterborough City Council in the heart of the city, to transform the quality of local services for our citizens. We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Business Support Officer supporting Peterborough City Council's Rough Sleeper Initiative.
Reporting into the Team Manager you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective administration service. Your main responsibilities will include attending meetings and taking minute, inputing and processing of data using in-house databases and spreadsheet and management of inboxes and telephone calls and responding to enquiries.
What you'll need to do the role
You will ideally have some general administrative experience and can communicate with a wide and diverse range of people. Quick and accurate typing skills are also important for this role, as well as strong organisational and IT skills.
