About the Role:
As the business support officer, you will provide an efficient business support service to various clients through answering queries over the phone and through email, managing diaries, arranging appointments, meetings and interviews as required. You will also assist with chasing and co-ordinating responses to correspondence and any complaints. It is important that you have strong attention to detail and IT skills, as you will be using the system and database spreadsheets to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as using the financial management system to raise purchase orders and invoices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in an office environment and previous experience with working within IT software packages such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience of minuting meetings is also beneficial for this role.
