Caretaker

Location: The Radclyffe School, Oldham

Business Area: Specialist Services.

Working Hours: 40 hours on split shift (morning/mid/afternoon shift on a rotation basis)

Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting new role, your day to day activities will include carrying emergency cleaning as required, adjustments and maintenance, responsible for locking and unlocking of grounds, managing the site security and carrying out fire and safety precaution.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Facility Management or Caretaking role and will need to be flexible.
