Hours: 37 hours per week with flexibility to meet business needs. Hours are typically worked over 4 days between Monday-Friday 07.30 – 17.00

 

Salary: £21,388 per annum which is scale 5 point 28 on the support staff scale.

 

Job Purpose: To provide the frontline carpentry fixing, maintenance and repair of Estate buildings

 

Vision: Permanent

 

Status: For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our Maintenance Team.  The Maintenance Team is responsible for the management of the Estate’s property portfolio.  Working as a member of the multi-skilled maintenance team the post holder will assist with the planned maintenance, repair and improvement to the fabric, fixtures and services of all Estate properties. The role holder will be responsible for assisting other trades and contractors when required to ensure the highest levels of service.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the necessary relevant experience and expertise. We are looking for someone to be self-driven and who can work with minimal supervision but also work as part of a small team.
