Activity Ranger | Mote Park Outdoor Adventure


Location: Mote Park outdoor adventure, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7RN

Working Hours/Pattern: Casual

Salary: £6.56 to £8.91 per hour


Would you like to join our fantastic team on this impressive outdoor adventure course at Mote Park, as part of Maidstone Leisure trust?


We are currently recruiting for a number of Activity Rangers to work Casual hours at weekends and school holidays seasonally between May and October 2021, There will be other opportunities outside of this with group bookings and within Maidstone Leisure Trust.


You will be the face and the first point of contact for our Outdoor Adventure Zone, making sure our customers have a safe, enjoyable and adventurous experience.


As the Activity Ranger, you will deliver a variety of activities and sessions across our fun and fantastic outdoor adventure course which includes Sky Trail, Climbing Wall, Segway Terrain, Dino Golf and Meeting and greeting guests in reception.


You will help in facilitating a safe, fun and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.

About you


To be considered for this exciting role you must be available to work weekends and school holidays. Candidates who have previously worked in a similar position or have experience delivering activities or customer service to varied group sizes would be ideal, however we will consider candidates that do not have this experience as long as you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and can provide outstanding customer service.


You will be a team player, happy to support colleagues whenever necessary, able to work well under pressure and with a positive outlook and attitude.


Due to the varied nature of activities on offer we do require that any applicants are comfortable working with heights.


Full training and uniform will be provided to the successful candidates.
