Job Description

Hours: 2 x 37 hour positions and 1 x 29 hour position.

Salary: SK2 (Roll Up) (£12.28 phr + £1.48 holiday/ sickness roll up =£13.76 per hour)

Contract: Casual

 

We have exciting opportunities for  Garden waste advisors to join our team working from home, predominantly. Initial equipment and training will be given in the Grantham office followed by support from the wider customer service team.

 

The role will involve supporting customers over the telephone in paying for their garden waste collection and answering questions on the Garden waste service. There will also be email contact and guidance on how to navigate our web pages.
