Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 16 hours, between Monday to Sunday, covering earlies, days and lates

Salary: £9.50 per hour

To deliver these services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we have an opportunity to join the centre as a Catering Assistant.


As a Catering Assistant you'll be an important part of life here at the centre. Working as part of the team you will achieve the highest standards of food presentation and provide the best service possible to our customers. In the day to day aspect of the role you will ensure that all areas are clean and tidy in the café, prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Supervisor, comply with all health & Safety and food safety regulations and take part in any further training or activities pertaining to the Catering team.


About you


You'll need to have previous experience in serving food and have excellent customer service skills as you'll be interacting heavily with our customers. So, whether you've earned that experience in a leisure or another customer facing environment, you'll be a people person who is happy dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds.


It is desirable that you hold a food safety hygiene certificate or be willing and able to undergo training to obtain it within one month of appointment.
