Catering Development Manager

East Riding Catering Services is seeking an experienced, innovative, highly motivated and commercially focused Catering Development Manager to develop our catering offer across schools, adult service sites, leisure centres and destination venues. 

The succesful candidate will drive menu innovation, support operational excellence and support the delivery of safe, nutritious and appealing food services that meet the diverse needs of our customers. They will champion continuous improvement, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the ongoing growth, development and success of the service. 

The successful candidate will be an effective team player, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, whilst motivating and supporting teams to deliver high quality services, embrace change and achieve shared objectives.
