We currently have a really exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our Business and Industry team in Basingstoke.
As a Chef Manager, you will work very closely with the Client to deliver the best possible offering and ensure that it is constantly delivering an exciting offering. The Chef Manager will have a strong presence across serving hours as well as having a hands on approach when necessary. Other duties include; planning menus, ensuring site health and safety, compliance checks, staff training and rotas, people management, finance, audits and stock management to name a few!
As the Chef Manager, you're responsible for an enthusiastic team and to drive them forward. You're the lead, the one that makes the financial, hiring and daily decisions and keeping our customers and clients happy.

- Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

- Previous Chef experience
- Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders

- Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles

- Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
- Computer literate
