Vacancies have arisen for a fixed-term Relief Cleaning Operatives within the West Dunbartonshire Area.

These are a part time/term time post and the salary will be pro rata to the number of hours and weeks worked.

20 hours per week peripatetic Monday - Friday 10.00am - 2.00pm. 

These posts are based in either Clydebank or Dumbarton & Alexandria and you can indicate your preference as part of the application process.

The role of a Relief Cleaning Operative is to work from a base location and as required, support other locations throughout their working week as required for service continuity within schools and offices in the area.

The post holders will be responsible for the provision of a high quality, responsive cleaning service within a premise. The successful candidates will be required to carry out general cleaning duties ensuring high standards are maintained while adhering to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

 

 

Requirements

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here .

Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.

Responsibilities
