An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Reporting Analyst within the cost team.
You will be the key contact on allocations of the bank providing insightful analysis, reporting and commentary alongside providing an allocated view of budget, forecast and 3 year plans. This will involve developing relationships with the Finance Business Partners, Cost Reporting and Central Reporting Teams.

Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance to provide data insight
Providing analysis and delivering insight to understand what is driving the cost allocations
Reporting monthly costs covering actual v budget variances including individual business performance/P&Ls and understand key cost drivers of activity
Providing effective commercial procedures to ensure effective reporting and flow of data
Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
Liaising between Cost Reporting and Planning to ensure variances are understood
What you'll bring.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Significant experience in a reporting/analyst role or CIMA / ACCA qualifications (or equivalent)
Proven ability to problem solve, interpret and evaluate information to make authoritative recommendations
Strong attention to detail
Analytical with good excel skills

This is a full-time permanent position (4 days equivalent part time will be considered) offering flexible working 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home.
