As the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will support the Head of Commercial Delivery in defining the Santander Navigator future commercial strategy and value proposition, ensuring we make informed decisions around our new enhancements and product development roadmap whilst ensuring the proposition drives revenue growth, client retention, and client satisfaction.

This is a varied role, collaborating with Santander Navigator providers and affiliates across many areas to ensure we are constantly driving forward the value proposition. You'll be understanding in-depth the needs of our target businesses and our business strategy along with any research and analysis, to put forward recommendations that support us in driving commercial value. You'll need to understand the commercial benefits and risks behind our commercial plans and will have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders.

Providing ideas for future commercial strategy development
Managing the creation and maintenance of engagement plans

What you'll bring.

  • Experience and/or knowledge of the SME market
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of costs and revenue

  • B2B marketing knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

What else you need to know.

This role is office with the flexibility to work from home or one of our head office locations, however there will be an expectation to come to London at least twice a month for team meetings
