The difference our new Communication Information System Assistant will make
As a Communication Information System Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.
Day to day, you'll be supporting the unit by providing guidance to users (military and civilian) by setting up accounts, resetting accounts/passwords and provide practical guidance to users by promoting good practice. Assist with daily management of MoD SharePoint Online. Maintain appropriate liaison with customers and external agencies. Liaise with BT Engineers for any works required across any parented sites. And ensure all tasks meet or exceed contractual service level agreements.
