Job Description

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: SK12 (£36,303 per annum)

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months (Maternity Cover)

 

  • Support the council in delivering the vision for South Kesteven to be the best district in which to live, work and visit.
  • Support and provide an outstanding media relations service.
  • Assist and advise in the briefing of councillors and officers on communications and reputation matters.
  • Work as part of the communications team on campaigns and digital communications.
  • Actively support service transformation and driving forward a ‘digital first’ approach across the council.
  • Work with the media to protect and enhance South Kesteven District Council’s reputation.
  • Plan, own and deliver a portfolio of strategic communications projects.
