Compliance and Operations Manager

Job Description

Activate Apprenticeships has a new and exciting opportunity for an individual to join the division as a Compliance and Operations Manager.

The main responsibilities will include, to ensure the delivery of all operational services and compliance are maintained to the high standards, whilst continuing the success of providing outstanding employer engagement.

You will be responsible for making sure the apprenticeship enrolment process is effectively managed and followed in-line with funding regulations, overseeing internal and external audit requests and appropriately implementing changes to ensure risk areas are minimised.

This is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent position.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate effective skills within operations and compliance processes, strong background audits, data driven and knowledge of apprenticeship funding regulations.

You will be confident in managing and leading a team, providing expectational support and guidance to all fellow team members and broader team.

You will have the ability to demonstrate professionalism, quickly adapt and implement change, driven, with a can do attitude, and to take responsibility and accountability for your areas.
