A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conference & Events Administrator to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club. We are looking for someone who is super organised and an experienced office administrator to join the sales team and support the day to day running of our growing wedding, conference and event business. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Main purpose of the job:-
- To manage and organise the day-to-day administrative activities, specifically: -
- To administer all C&E bookings from confirmation through to the event on the day
- To provide excellent communication with the operations team
- To provide excellent customer service to all customers
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions when required
