As the Stadiums Conference & Events Manager you will create and build client relationships in order to deliver the customer experience and ensure the continual development of new and existing partnerships.
Supporting the Leicester City Conference and Events Sales Team in the achievement of sales revenue and targets, as well as optimisation of profitability and efficiency is also part of our role. You will play a large part in the implementation and monitoring of all company marketing initiatives and it is expected you will have knowledge of all unit/location products and be able to advise the customer in a professional, helpful manner to better serve their requirements.
You will always coordinate with the Operational Team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of catering services achieving the highest level of customer experience whilst supporting our other catering departments in communicating and delivering operational requirements. Who you are:
You will need to evidence your knowledge and skill in operating large events (circa 300) including effective diary management skills, timely follow up of enquiries and completion of client contracts in line with agreed timescales.
You will have experience of managing a team and be able to demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks consistently to adhere our stadium specific standard.
You will be an effective communicator, lead by example and have the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional, legendary experience. Who we are:
