Join us as a Consultant Trainer

  • If you've got a track record of delivering excellent customer service in a customer facing business, we'd love to hear from you
  • You'll design, deliver and maintain the client training propositions across the Mentor business
  • You'll support your colleagues from Mentor and across the relationship management network to provide an excellent customer experience

This role is available nationwide

What you'll do

You’ll have a great at understanding our customers and build relationships with your networks to identify customer needs and opportunities. This will allow you to provide them with the right advice, consultancy and training services. We’ll look to you to have an effective training calendar and make sure you accurately record all regulatory change.

You’ll also be:

  • Making sure that your information or advice and guidance is suitable, appropriate, technically correct, relevant and communicated in a clear and fair way 
  • Supporting with the promotion of Mentor to your internal and external network
  • Identify, accurately price and deliver consultancy and training services for customers

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with experience in designing clear and instructive training sessions and associated materials. You’ll need to work with high levels of attention to detail, and a good degree of time management and flexibility in order to best meet our clients’ needs.

You’ll also need:

  • Practical experience in Mentor or a coaching role
  • A strong background of identifying customer needs, calling out risks and prioritising recommendations
  • The ability to identify and lead business solutions, bespoke service offerings to customers
  • The communication skills to liaise with regulatory bodies under the advice of senior consultants
