Contract Co-Ordinator 

Up to £30,000 per Annum (depending on experience)

Monday - Friday Role 

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Contract - Co -Ordinator to join the team at one of our ESS prestigious contracts in London with the Metropolitan Police

ESS has been a market leader in the Defence and Government Services sectors for over 40 years. This is a position where you will be supporting the Contract Director in ensuring compliance with the contract billing, covering the end to end internal and external processes as well as coordinating all contract-based teams in continuous improvement initiatives, internal and external client and supplier relationships and liaising with colleagues within Compass Group

More about the role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Contract Director in the overall operational and management of the contract to ensure an excellent standard of service that delivers all financial and commercial targets
  • Support the Contract Director with directing and coaching all direct reports in line with the company and contract operational plans and budgets.
  • To ensure that the company's reputation for quality and service is enhanced to all stakeholders by ensuring that the Company standards in all services are achieved/surpassed and maintained.
  • Support the heads of department with continuous improvement initiates
  • To lead on Profit Protection for the whole contract
  • Developing and maintaining sound professional working relationships with the client, the ESS team and other influential individuals within or connected to the contract
  • Ensuring services are carried out in accordance with the Company and Contract standards
  • Attending and partaking in regular team meetings where you effectively communicate and cascade relevant information
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as and when required
  • Ensuring that all employees are aware of, and comply with, the contract and company policies and procedures
  • Support in ensuring personal files and all other relevant documents are maintained
Who you are:

Required:

  • Experienced in working in a fast paced environment.
  • Financial awareness.
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
  • Computer literate.- Microsoft Office 

Desirable

  • Office management experience
  • Project support experience
