An integral member of our operational team working on a PFI contract we hold with the Heathcote School, you'll manage senior level relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure we meet contractual requirements for a team that delivers a variety of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services to our client.
You will be the first point of contact for the client and on-site team, responsible for day to day operational performance of the contracts including statutory compliance, ensuring processes and procedures comply with SLAs and KPIs. As well as managing financial performance of the contracts, ensuring compliance with the budgets, P&Ls and lifecycle plans as well as undertaking audits.
If you have an in-depth knowledge of building services, relevant industry qualifications and excellent management skills - with experience within the Facilities Management sector, this could be the role for you.
Who are we looking for?
You will be educated to HND/Degree Lever or have suitable experience in a management position ideally in a Healthcare or PFI Environment. For this role a good understanding of Health and Safety is a must and an IOSH Managing Safely certificate is preferable.
To really make the most of this role you will also have a working knowledge of HTM's, experience with complying with PFI Contracts and have had responsibility for Statutory Compliance. You will also hold understanding and experience of Payment Mechanism, responsibility of Profit and Loss and preparation and presentation of monthly reports.
